Lauryn Goodman is moving on from Kyle Walker.
The former WAG has now been seen on a date, shooting the finale episode of this year’s upcoming series of Celebs Go Dating.
After her embarrassing family courtroom loss, she’s dipped her toe back into the dating world, but doesn’t appear to be best pleased.
Pictures snapped from the set show Lauryn looking downcast, frowning in the direction of her potential match.
It’s not yet known who Lauryn has dated throughout the new season of the popular E4 dating show which airs its first episode on TV tonight.
Viewers will get to see Lauryn’s love life play out, with the new images showing what could be her last date with a new lover. Wearing an all-white dress and chunky blacked-out Hollywood sunglasses, she looked every bit the diva while shooting in Guildford.
More pictures show Lauryn catching up with Helen Flanagan and what appears to be the show’s white party. The two look deep in conversation after her fuming date night. Clutching a drink in one hand and her bag in the other, Lauryn looked less than impressed.
E4 has confirmed that the much-loved show will be back on our screens on Monday, August 19. It’s scheduled to air at 9pm and will be shown every Monday and Thursday. Lauryn joins the cast following her unfortunate court defeat against Kyle.
She’d hoped to secure financial support from the footballer for their two kids, but the judge accused her of viewing the sportsman as an “open-ended chequebook”. Now, she’s looking to leave it all in the past as she embarks on a quest to find her ideal man.
“I am ready to put my past behind me and move forward, so I am hoping the agents can find me someone I really vibe with and that could potentially blossom into something more,” she expressed in her pre-show interview. The TV programme reveals that Lauryn aims to “unveil the real person behind the headlines” as she hunts for her “perfect match”.
This news comes just days after the 34-year-old seemed to throw shade at Kyle. In an unpredicted move, His Honour Judge Edward Hess decided to publicise the records of Kyle and Lauryn’s court proceedings concerning their two children.
Kyle’s list of demands included an astroturf for her home, a new car for her nanny who doesn’t drive, and a house makeover. She also asked for air conditioning for the home where she resides with their two children, son Kairo, four, and daughter Kinara, one.
Lauryn has been consistently taking jabs, with her latest reveal to a newspaper claiming that Kyle sought a secret rendezvous with her at a London hotel post their first court date. She accused Kyle of asking to meet up in secret. People close to Kyle have disputed these accusations, hinting it’s just another one of Lauryns tactics.
In conversation with the Mirror, a source explained: “As detailed in court, Lauryn actively sought ways to destroy Kyle and Annie’s marriage, including asking the neighbour to spy on them and conspiring to ‘finish’ them. This new interview is a continuation of that – purely to get at Annie and try to dispel the truths that came out in court.”
They continued: “Kyle has no contact with Lauryn and anything said to her during the time when he was seeking to keep the paternity of her second child a secret was done in an attempt to stop her from activating the detonator.
“He had no intention of meeting her hence the message arriving over ten days after he had been in London. He wishes Lauryn and her children no ill will but just wishes she would stop fuelling the fire around the situation and leave all the drama behind.”
