Pete Davidson’s ‘P0ison for P0ison’: Examining how he turns to ‘cann@bis’ as a remedy for his add*ction to coc@ine and ketamine.

Pete Davidson is sharing the one drug he still can’t give up after getting clean from other substances.

“I can’t quit [weed] yet. It’s all I have left,” the comedian told the crowd at his “Pete Davidson: Rehab Tour” in Atlantic City Saturday, per the Daily Mail.

“I did coke and ketamine and f–king all the pills and all that s–t. All I have is weed left, so it’s almost over, but I’m holding on for a little bit longer.”

In August 2023, Page Six exclusively revealed that Davidson, 30, dabbled with ketamine to treat his depression.

At the time, the “Saturday Night Live” alum was fresh out of rehab after seeking help to deal with his PTSD and borderline personality disorder, sources exclusively told us.

“Pete regularly goes to rehab for ‘tune ups’ and to take a mental break, so that’s what’s happening,” an insider explained.

Another source added that Davidson – who lost his firefighter father in the 9/11 terrorist attacks – knows when to take breaks “so he can focus on himself” and learn to “better deal with his PTSD issues.”

Months before seeking help, the “King of Staten Island” star was involved in a crash with then-girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders in March 2023.

At the time, Davidson was traveling “100 miles per hour” down a Beverly Hills neighborhood in his Mercedes-Benz when he hit a fire hydrant and slammed into the garage of a home, police records revealed.

The actor made light of the accident on Saturday after receiving the news that the charges against him had been dropped.

Davidson told the audience he didn’t see a stop sign and decided to ram into the home instead of a pedestrian he nearly missed.

“I saw the house and I was like, ‘I don’t think you could die if you hit a house.’ Usually in sitcoms they just go right through it,” he said, per the Daily Mail.

“So, I swerved and I aimed for the house and I actually hit the garage pretty good. Even at my worst, I’m pretty f–king spot on.”

The “Bupkis” star admitted he was “so scared” of potentially “going to jail.”

“The cop came, he was all pissed because I drove into a structure,” he explained. “I was freaking out, and I had to calm myself down.”

It wasn’t until Davidson realized that he “wasn’t drunk” and no one was dead that he would be fine.

As a punishment, the “Suicide Squad” star was required to complete 50 community service hours and a “safe driving course.”

He also had to “visit both a hospital and morgue to confront the fatal consequences of risky choices.”

“I was like, Can I just go to jail for a day? It seems like six weeks of work,” Davidson quipped.

Pete Davidson made headlines again recently for his candid admissions about his struggles with addiction and mental health. Despite getting clean from substances like cocaine and ketamine, the comedian revealed that he still relies on weed as a crutch. This revelation came during his “Pete Davidson: Rehab Tour” in Atlantic City, where he opened up to his audience about his ongoing battle with addiction. It’s not easy for Davidson, who has been in and out of rehab for various issues like PTSD and borderline personality disorder. However, the comedian knows the importance of taking breaks and focusing on his mental health. This has been a priority for him, especially after experiencing traumatic events like losing his firefighter father in the 9/11 attacks. In addition to dealing with his personal struggles, Davidson also had a run-in with the law earlier this year. He was involved in a car accident with his then-girlfriend, Chase Sui Wonders, where he was traveling at high speeds and crashed into a garage. Despite the scary incident, Davidson managed to find humor in the situation and even joked about his driving skills.Fortunately, Davidson was able to avoid serious consequences for the accident. He completed community service hours, a safe driving course, and had to face the reality of his risky choices by visiting a hospital and morgue. Through it all, Davidson maintained a sense of humor, even joking about wanting to go to jail for a day instead. These challenges have not deterred Davidson from continuing to share his story and be open about his struggles. By being transparent about his journey to recovery, Davidson is not only helping himself but also inspiring others who may be facing similar battles. Despite the setbacks, Davidson remains determined to overcome his demons and continue on the path to healing.
